Braedon is now full of tricks: purposive messages, fancy signals and intellectual gestures. Wonder if hes been educated by his IPad on his own? Hes been playing with that since his age 2. Now he keys in his 4-digit password to boot, which weve never taught him. He observed how we did it repeatedly. He then swings to hit his favorite icon for videos, some downloaded, some linked via Wifi, effortlessly, and plays with his keys for full screen, higher volume, replays, etc. Off screen, he hits the elevator button for the top floor where we live and also the ground floor button, whenever he gets into it. But when he hits a wrong button, he knows now how to hit the wrong button twice, to reverse it. Meanwhile, he counts audibly as he reads the e-display for each floor, happily. This means he recognizes 1 to 21, though he doesnt say each count that precisely. For the TV viewing, he recognises each of the 5 different remote controls for the two TV sets placed side by side, and for the satellite dish set-top box, the video player and cableTV and wifi router. Now he only knows how to hit the on-off button but seeks help for others. So much for his affinity toward all things he likes so much, which trigger his visual sense than anything else.
