Brake failure causes death of government employee Man slips to death in Ganderbal, Oil Tanker rolls into gorge Ganderbal, June 11: A government employee Tuesday lost his life when his vehicle hit an electric pole after brake fail. According to reports Mohammad Yousf Dar son of Ghulam Rasool Dar an Animal Husbandry employee was on way to Kulgam when near Qaimou the brake of his Maruti vehicle (JK03-4764) failed and it collided with an electric pole resulting his on spot death. Meanwhile, an oil tanker (JK02R-0975) on way to Kargil from Sonamarag rolled deep down a gorge near Captain Mode when the Driver Ashok Kumar son of Dattu Ram from Reasi lost control on the tanker. He was immediately shifted to Primary Health Centre Sonamarag where he succumbed to his injures. A 75 year old fellow Ali Mohammad Reshi son of Mohammad Abdullah slipped to death near Lar Ganderbal when he was walking along power canal. Police fished out his body and handed it over to his family.
