Branden Reich, Hey guys just wanna say this was by far the best hunt I have ever done. I watched this buck in my stand for 40min he rubbed this tree and then he was so far under me I couldnt pull my bow back I waited till he got to ten yards and let the arrow fly! I let him go till next morning and it was the roughest night if sleep I ever had in my life my dad thought I didnt make the greatest shot in him so I was worried all nite and barely got an hour of sleep but the next morning about 11:00 we found ourselves praying to God over this deers blood trail praying God would let us find this dear and about 20 yards after we prayed we found my first archery buck laying on the ground. We then found ourselves again on our knees thanking God for this deer and not a bad shot actually. I shot him right behind the shoulder blade he was just at an up hill angle so I didnt get the clean penetration I exactly wanted but thanks to God I got the job done!!!!!
