Brandi Lynn Minch, I posted this a little bit ago, but I want to repost it with the convo we had last night. I did this for a little while and saw results, I totally forgot about this, and I will be doing this for 14 days again. I will also msg you tricks that I do with my eating habits as well. But I would also download a running app and maybe start walking with the little ones. Walking is a really good way to start off, my running app calculates calories, how much calories I can consume in one day to lose the weight I want to in one week, also tells me how many steps I took that day whenever I had my phone on me, and how many calories you burn as well. Im posting this one because you can do this without any equipment and even while the little ones are watching television or something. Its about 10 minutes! I hope you enjoy this workout as much as I do, because it gets your heart rate up as well as your sweat glands pouring out sweat!
