Brattleboro Town School District’s Early Education Services is seeking qualified candidates for Clerk of the Works (contracted) position Our successful candidate will observe the construction projects on-site to protect EES against defects and deficiencies in the Contractor’s work, pertaining to the renovations of our 78 Buck Drive, Westminster, VT site to become an Early Head Start infant-toddler facility. Clerk of the Works ensures that EES has a construction administrator on the premises on a full-time basis and that the inspections are performed in a manner that confirms the reported results. Applicants must provide evidence of successful experience and/or education in the development and implementation of construction projects. Individuals must be facile with computer hardware and software applicable to work procession and construction applications. We anticipate this work will require an average of 10/hrs week through project completion, anticipated to be approximately four months, commencing late August.
