Brave step of the month: Reading Daring Greatly!! This is quite a meaty book... still processing all the topics covered. Phew! What chapter are you guys on? Im on Chapter 4 the Vulnerability armory. This page caught my eye. The distinction between true vulnerability and floodlighting. Thank you Brene for the clarification. I love the emphasis on sharing with people that have earned the right to hear them, just another reminder that its ok to have healthy boundaries with people and not feel bad about it.
