Bravo Patrick Corbin, a TWSB/TWB alumnus: He is one of six renowned choreographers and performers to be invited to the USC Kaufman School of Dance to develop the next generation of dance artists as it enrolls its first cohort of B.F.A. dance majors in fall 2015. Patrick Corbin, an internationally renowned dance artist whose career bridges the worlds of classical ballet, modern and contemporary dance, danced professionally for the Joffrey Ballet, The Washington Ballet, Kansas City Ballet and ABT II. He joined the Paul Taylor Dance Company in 1989 where he remained until 2005 and during his tenure, he became one of the company’s most celebrated artists. He has been frequently featured on the PBS series Great Performances; in 2003, he founded his own company, CorbinDances, to create and stage his own work. Corbin is also responsible for staging the works of Paul Taylor across the U.S. and internationally.
