Braxton is getting weaned off of the ventilator. He went from a rate or 26 to 12 last night! Getting close!!! Then I can hold him! Cant wait! He is gettinrgb a picc line again which is a good thing but it will be painful for him. He was more alert this morning and sadly looked in pain, but the doctor came in and gave him sedative again. Jax was weaned down on his oxygen from 1.5 to .75. The breathing treatments have been helping him. He got his RSV shots, and I am so angry with our insurance companies for denying it for the month of march so they werent even protected then. They probably wouldnt have gotten it if they had that shot. Braxton will get his before we leave. I am so thankful they are getting better, and everyday is a great day. Will and I are more than exhausted, but after seeing our kids try to leave us three times already everyday is beautiful. Olivia came to visit us today, and brought us joy and laughter in a sad place. She isnt able to visit them because she could get sick, but she is handling it well. I also talked to Connors parents and they said he opened his eyes today for the first time since being admitted!!!! Praise God!! When she came to hug me I could see hope in her and her husbands eyes! I found out I actually leave just a few houses down from her cousin. Like I said before God puts you in others lives at the right time! Thank you for all the prayers for my family as well as his! I just wish I could knock on everyones door and give the parents a hug. Another family was crying in the waiting room as Olivia and I were playing because they found out their son is at stage 4 kidney failure. Just heartbreaking.
