Breakfast Ideas Juice plus protein powder with 8oz of almond/coconut/rice/organic soy Milk and 5oz of water add 1/2 cup of frozen mango or strawberries - whatever frozen fruit of choice one tablespoon of raw coconut oil (recommend Bevs COCOLOCOS - for sure get organic) 1 Banana OR Oats - organic - (breakfast) only about 1/4 cup when you do eat this with 2 cups of fruit, RAW organic honey, cinnamon and almond/coconut/rice/soy milks OR Veggie EGG Scramble 1 egg scrambled Lightly cooked Bell peppers, onions, beans, mushrooms - whatever you would like to add RAW uncooked spinach mixed it after done cooking with Hot sauce if you like that flavor
