Breakfast: Smoothie: 3 cups of kale, 1 cup frozen wild blueberries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup raisins, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 2 cups of water, and ice... Three weeks results of eating raw food, minus the popcorn fiasco, down 16.6 pounds, normal blood sugar levels without insulin, and continuing to feel better, leg edema, back to normal... Not only did eating the popcorn with butter make me ill, it really slowed my weight loss for almost a week...
