Breakfast for dinner - BANANA BREAD OATMEAL • ½ cup plain oatmeal (quick oats, not instant) • ¹/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk • ¹/3 cup water • ½ banana, sliced • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon Organic Zero granular (or 2 packets) • Dash cinnamon 1. Combine oats, almond milk, water, and banana in medium bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. 2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and serve. Makes 1 serving
