Breakfast: half of a huge watermelon Lunch: frozen Durian and four dates Dinner: baby kale, spinach, swiss chard, veggie stock (had to get the soup going as fast possible) zucchini carrots and onion powder and garlic powder (I know I couldnt resist). I also threw in some mung beans really felt that my body needed it today. I also drank 3 liters of water I would like to make an unfortunate confession. First confession I live in Brooklyn and if you dont already know Brooklyn has the most amazing coffee shops. I drank an iced Americano with soy milk. I must say I see why you shouldnt have the coffee it really is a diuretic and this lifestyle in itself has been diuretic enough if you catch my drift. So I am working on my parting with the most amazing coffee very gradually. Today is day 7 and I feel unbelievable. I anesthetic throughout the day till the early morning. I cant control this newfound energy. I do sleep a minimum of eight hours. Anyways that is it for today.
