Breakfast in under 10 minutes you have time I promise My favourite meal of the day Chilli & Himalayan salt eggs: 1 egg yolk to three whites Chilli flakes himalayan salt Teaspoon coconut oil Melt the oil and add mixed ingredients into the pan and cool to your liking Strawberry Oats 1 scoop strawberry protein powder Berries Rolled oats Water Pour all ingredients into a saucepan except the protein powder and cook on low for 2 mins Mix in protein powder!
