I am usually on the go so I take 2 scoops Cellucor Cor Whey Peanut butter Marshmallow, with 1/2 Cup of oats and 50 grams of Peanut Butter in a Blender with 2 tsp/ instant coffee ... You can take out the PB and put in the MCTs for the higher fat conversion and thermo effects of eating ..
