Breakfast was cereal, milk, black cherries; lunch was baked chicken, half of a potato with applesauce, grapefruit and two pieces wheat toast. One piece had cream cheese. later i ate tomato soup with another spoonful of cream cheese and then for dinner i just ate raisin bread and finished my potato. was going to eat green beans and carrots, but i couldnt stomach it without stretching my stomach; no one wants that. might think i need turkey, but will go without until in the morning. alarmed at 256 calories in chocolatrouge wine per 3.5 ounces in theory, but it also has 7 grams of fat. red wine is great in that it only has 80 calories per 4 ounces. i never drink that much; that much. never ever more than 320 calories in one sitting or day. that may be a lot, but i never do it, maybe once a week or a month. plus i dont eat dressing or fat or red meat, like ever. in fact, most of my food is raw. my small turtle neck fit just fine yesterday and i dont expect to have any problems tomorrow with my other one or my size six white coat shirt. i do need to lose 26 pounds or more and will do so by lowering my daily caloric intake and increasing the fat, that way i dont go all crazy once in a while.
