Breaking News: Following on from our last post regarding the three issues facing us in the Deregulation Bill today, we have just moments ago received a copy of the Institute of Licensing report on this very matter issued around a week ago to the Dft in response to their questionaire sent out recently. I cannot publish that document as it is not for public consumption yet, however, 99.5% of the document is weighted in our favour.
