Breaking News: GFA to protest decision to face Egypt in Cairo. Live 91.9FM Sports can reveal that the Ghana FA is set to write to FIFA to protest against the decision to play the Black Stars second leg World Cup qualifying play-off against Egypt at the Air Defense Military Stadium following recent clashes in Cairo. “We are writing a letter to FIFA to ask them to look at the situation and make a decision whether to change the venue because the turmoil in Cairo still exits and they (Egypt) have not played football there in two years,” Communications Director of the Ghana FA, Ibrahim Sannie Darra told Live 91.9FM Sports in an exclusive interview. At least 50 people were killed and scores hurt in Egypt in clashes between police and supporters of the deposed Islamist President Mohammed Morsi on Sunday. Supporters of Morsi marched in several cities, as the military-backed government marked the 40th anniversary of the 1973 Arab-Israeli war. Source: Dennis Mirpuri/Live 91.9FM Sports #max
