A review committee will review the Annual Confidential Report (ACR’s) ratings for last three Years i.e 2009, 2010 & 2011, & educational documents as well. In this promotion majority of promotes are who have not enough good ratings in their ACR’s even having C X 3, but they have been promoted in next higher grades.
