Breaking in the disabled association in Dakhla headed by the human rights activist Bouh Semlali by Moroccan security services because of the existence of a group of Spanish observers inside the building. Where the officers that were controling the delegation assaulted vocally Bouh Semlali and threatned his physical integrity in respond to his protesting because of their breaking in the association, but the action rose on till the officers threatned to torture him very soon. Bouh is considered among the most active human rights activist in the saharawi civil society and has important relations with all the visiting observers from abroad because of his sponsorship and supervision to the local Catholic church inherited from the spanish era. Although he is muslim but he keeps managing supervising and receiving visitors of the Catholic church of Dakhla in Western Sahara. It is noteworthy that Semlali is a special needs man and heads a disabled association that oversees helping and taking good care of this segment medically and psychologically.
