OBans opponents mounting list of past violations • Green was found in violation of RCW 42.52.160 by the Legislative Ethics Board for using public resources to advocate for a side in a private labor dispute (Legislative Ethics Board) • The Public Disclosure Commission ruled in 2006 that Green violated campaign finance laws by failing to report contributions for more than 2 years (pdc.wa.gov) • Green has been fined for violating campaign finance laws and once again is currently under investigation for refusing to report thousands in donations or reporting them months after the fact in direct violation of state law. She refuses to explain to state investigators or report to the public where $11,965 in cash went from her 2010 campaign
