Breaking news Prosecutor admitted in writing that the state incarcerated me illegally for 7 months. In a motion to the appeals court the prosecutor admitted that after I overturned the conviction on count 1of the complaint the judge never intended for me to serve any more time in jail unless I had violated probation on count 2, 3, and 4. But I was forced to serve time from June 6 till they just released me on December 18. Thanks prosecutor ,you tried to screw me but ended up admitting the truth instead. The judge and the clerk retired right after she cut me loose so no was there to know I got screwed except for the trial prosecutor and he remained silent and kept me in jail for 6 more months. I am demanding a million $$$ for each day. Got you! I will tell you all more later. Wow! He tried to screw me but ended up admitting the truth. Thats what they get for messing with the GOD .
