Breaking the silence. Sharing the burden. Piercing the blackout with the light of truth. Disgraceful. Appalling. Unnecessary. Disrespectful to human rights. Barbaric. Nothing can be gained through these tactics except to breed hatred. Those who order and conduct such horrific violations of human rights are nothing above despicable. Measures like this, designed to break the human spirit, need to be banned worldwide. If there is to be ever peace in Northern Ireland - and this planet, human dignity must be respected and human rights upheld.
