Breaking this morning... concerns that one of the Texas hospital workers who could have had contact with Ebola is on board a cruise ship right now. Coverage on TODAYS TMJ4. MY TWO CENTS Again, I dont think most reasonable Americans think were all going to get Ebola. I think the fear is in the completely bungled response weve had our first test. Im not a doctor. I dont know what the correct number of people is who should have had contact with the Ebola patient at the Texas hospital... but I know the number is fewer than 70! I also know every person on that crew should have gotten the following speech: You are doing important, historic work. Well need everything you got. You will receive the full love and support of this hospital, the CDC and the Country. In the time you are treating Mr. Duncan and for 21 days after your last contact you will self quarantine. You will come to work. You will go home. You will not go to the grocery store. You will not go to the movies. You will not ride the bus. You sure as hell wont get on an airplane and really really really will not for the love of God get on a cruise ship! Are there any questions?
