Breath in breath out. I know that I need to be thankful for the things that I have and that I need to praise God, but when you have to call into a cable company, just about every day because your services are not working and you have a technician come out the very same day as your services completely go out, there is a problem. I am beyond frustrated with Comcast. I was trying to watch The White Queen on Starz and all of a sudden with 11 min left, it goes out. I exit out of On Demand, and none of my channels are working. Im like what is wrong this time? Can I get a break from having to call them? But the lady on the other end was very sweet so it was very hard for me to get mad with her. Frustrated yes, but mad no. She even gave me a 44.95 credit on my account because I have called in just about every day for a month about something being wrong with my cable. So in a month I have had over 100.00 worth of credits. That means my bill should only be like 20 bucks.
