Breathing and thoughts are very closely connected. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Whenever we get angry; Whenever we become emotional; Whenever we become sad; We have to WATCH our breathing pattern. It will be erratic and short and rapid. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ When we immerse ourselves in spirituality; We will see that breaths we are taking are DEEP AND LONG. When we take deep breaths, we are less angry and less emotional and more peaceful.
