Brent Nelson from the 6am Apex Rooster Crew wanted to share how dramatically CrossFit has changed his body in the short period of time he has been doing it, Brent dug up some pictures to show where he started from in 2008, where he was 6 months ago when he started CrossFit, and where he stands TODAY. Brents weight loss started back in 2006 from an initial weight of 273 lbs and leveled out around 220 lbs in 2009. Most of that weight loss could be attributed to walking and a significant improvement in diet. From 2009 to the end of 2013, Brent managed to get down to about 195 lbs mostly through following bodybuilding routines and continuing to eat the same type of diet that helped achieve the initial weight loss. Since starting CrossFit 6 months ago, and further improving his diet, he now weighs 167 lbs, ripped up! So proud of you Brent. Truly Inspiring!! I cannot believe the change that occurred in only 6 months - CrossFit is simply amazing!
