Bressie gave the most wonderful speech today at the youth Congress in the RDS .the kids really sat up and listened .he was so open and honest about his struggle with depression and anxiety..it was great to see all the sports people come in example Sonia o sullivan and speak about her life and how she got through .it really is getting the message across to the thousands of kids that were there from all over Ireland that it is OK to ask for help .and that there is so much help out there..I was delighted as always to be part of the cycle for suicide group that I could help out for last 2 days .these days are as much help to us volunteers too ..next stop now Ma Bakers Carlingford.
