Brethren, a Storm in one’s life has meaning and a purpose. Storms purge us from unwanted garbage and debris. It cleans our soul and opens up our spirits. It allows us to see God clearly. It removes life’s hardness. We begin to drink the living water. Storms help us to plant our feet on solid ground. It gives us hope, allows us to hear God, the smile comes back; we look for the beauty in life and cherish every God given moment. The Storm is over We should never run but embrace the storm. Use its power against it to elevate our strength. Encourage others in the midst of our storm to show unity with God. Give storms no credence or authority and know that they are simply there to purge, direct and to ultimately give us the Victory. The Storm is over.
