Brewster Comprehensive Plan Committee Regular Meeting August 13, 2014, 7 p.m. Location: St. Lawrence OToole Hall on Prospect Street Agenda I. Review and approval of Comprehensive Plan Committee meeting minutes from July 9, meeting. II. Presentation by Tecton Architects of concept plan for Urban Renewal Area. III. Presentation by VHB Engineering, Surveying & Landscape Architecture, P.C. on preliminary data results and recommendations for the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance and Urban Renewal Plan. IV. Committee member discussion with comments/ consensus on presentations. The general public is invited to attend. The meeting is a Village of Brewster Board of Trustees Worksession. The presentations might be of interest to our community and we welcome your attendance. This is not an interactive session with the public but will provide information on where we are in this ongoing process.
