Whether it was a person, a job, or a living environment that was hurting my spirit, for some reason I was reluctant to let go. However, when I let go I felt an exotic feeling of renewal both physically and spiritually. Letting go sounds so easy but we all know it isnt. I suggest soliciting the support of your faith, family, and friends.
