The Conflict Kitchen is both a restaurant and publicly engaged art practice, the project of Jon Rubin, associate professor of art at Carnegie Mellon University and artist Dawn Weleski. Situated on a lively park-like space between the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, museums, and libraries, the Conflict Kitchen is a popular destination for students, faculty, staff, and families during the lunch hour. ______________
