Brilliant sessions tonight 19:00 - 20:00 10 min warm up (Pyramid style) followed by 10 x 1 Minute skipping and 30 seconds exercise either Burpees, Press ups or Mountain climbs, followed by 20 mins pad work 40 punches down to 20 in 2s with a 10 m sprint in between. then 4 x 30 seconds bulling (wrestling against each other to push away) 10 punches 1 sprint and 10 press ups or tuck jumps. Then 20:00 - 21:00 with Nichola Tomkins Lynsey Waine Judy Lee Naomi Lee David Betteley Vicky Betteley Liz Fielding onto 30 Minute Insanity mash up, i mixed bits of round 5, 6 & 7 with different moves then to finish off with a 20 min tabata smashing the following moves Killer 1 - Burpee with a travelling tuck jump Kinder 1 - Burpee with a low level travelling jump Killer 2 - Alt Knee drivers Kinder 2 - Alt Reach over Tough tough tough and what an awesome effort given by all.
