Bring Back our Girls-Take Our Runs GIRLS…….(Thought worth sharing) I think one reason why the world considers Nigerians as one of the happiest people on earth is the way we manage to get a good laugh out of every bad situation we find ourselves. Since the abduction of school girls in Chibok, I have seen hundreds of posts and comments on social media. However, I was thrown off balance when I stumbled on a particular posting on facebook. It reads; “BRING BACK OUR GIRLS-TAKE OUR RUNS GIRLS”. I was astonished. The implication of this post is that the so called “Runsgirls” are not our girls and the society doesn’t care if they were to be abducted. This shouldn’t be. No girl (good girl, bad girl, runs girl) deserves to be abducted. There should be a limit to the jokes we make out of some situations especially when such situations are shrouded in controversy like the Chibok situation. This is a bad time for a good laugh Oh God of creation help our youths the truth to know Heaven Please
