Bring on snapper season. This is my snapper rig of choice for port Philip bay. Circle with a snelled octopus hook. Match the hook sizeing to the bait. I have done a 40/40, 5/0-5/0 and 60-50 for my main combinations. Then a cupple of single circle rigs. If I want to ust strip baits or chunk baist. 40lb flurocarbone leaber approximately 40 to 50cm long with a swivel at the end. I use a strong clip on my main line so I can make quick and easy changes as I need to. GOOD LUCK this season I hope this helps. Matt f
