Bringing back the Death Penalty wouldnt be enough.. Criminals who take the lives of others in impunity should have their Human Rights stripped off them making them eligible for human testing of various research & hard labor.. But not all of them would be test subjects of course.. Carefully selected criminals would stay in prison-like healthcare facilities where in they are kept at top condition. Theyll be carefully matched with important icons, and when the time comes that their iconic counterparts would require organ transplants, the organs of the prisoners would be harvested (may it be a heart, both kidneys, or whatever..). These would actually put them in the position to help advance our society instead of the opposite.. Any country whod adapt this type of system could essentially sell & export their criminals for medical research, as labor slaves, or organ farms while their crime rates plummet down.. Itll be a win-win for everyone..
