Brings tears to my eyes, how can people ignore this or anything else that is cruel. It doesnt have to be animal welfare, it can be human welfare, when we are compassionate it any way, it has a ripple effect, people see what you do, they ponder what they can do, people are empowered, love heals - do anything, even if you think its too small. And in these moments I have a mother and a litter of four that did make it, and all they take up is a large cage in one of my bedrooms.
