Brisbane North Barbell is ready to host the BNB Beginners Powerlifting Competition tomorrow, Dec 6th. Weigh in opens 9am with lifting commencing at 10am. Approx 10 females and 10 males all competing in their first, beginner-friendly powerlifting competition. Over $1500 of prizes to be given away and heaps of samples for competitors. Spectators most welcome and no charge to watch. Drinks and snacks will be available for sale. Expect the day to run squats 10-12, bench press 12-2, deadlifts 2-4 followed by trophies and prizes.
