Brisbane River, seafood and a boat. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas …. QLD style. We normally do the ceremonies on the top deck of the big boat but Denis and Veronique had just over 20 family and friends together for their wedding / Christmas celebration so we conducted the ceremony on the front deck of the smaller one. For the couple who normally live on a boat in New Caledonia the Kookaburra River Queens were the only choice when they decided to get married in Brisbane. I’m surprised that more people don’t get married on the Kookaburra River Queens. They look good in photos, the food’s great, there’s lots to see as you go up and down the river and plenty of places to have a quiet chat when the formal proceedings are over.
