Bristol Township Police Officer and K9 Recognized With National Certification Police Officer Dave Wiser and K9 Cisco were recently honored by the U.S. Police Canine Association (USPCA) for their tracking expertise. Officer Wiser and Cisco were among three canine units from the Township Police Department that attended a USPCA training seminar. Officers and their partners were given advanced training and practical exercises in scent, narcotics and explosives detection. The Township congratulates Officer Wiser and Cisco for being awarded a USPCA certification for tracking expertise.
