British Gas have just called to cancel my service on Monday (which Ive paid for!) ... an appointment for which, as a self employed person, I turned down work to stay in 8am - 1pm because this is all they could do! If I treated my customers this way I dont think Id be in business very long! Rant over, off to practice the mudra of tolerance now...and just in case you have a similar experience... Bring hands in front of our heart centre, join the little and ring finger tips together, pause for a breath, now also join the middle and index finger tips, pause, before joining the thumbs together, forming a pyramid type shape, hold this as you breath and let the frustration diffuse.
