Bro Micu or someone can create a box or album or whatever we call it (ano ba taming tawag diatom whatever), where all heroes brethren can register or signify their intention and willingness to be on the list of On-Call Blood Donor. In it, with a note on when (date) was the last he/she had donated. No need of some pre-qualifying question, the fact that he/she had onced donated, enough for him/her to be included in the list. but for those who never been donated, lets put some basic questionnaire. like Tatoo, health status or physical constraint. of course the address (current) age, gender, etc…
