Once again, most of our media houses have internet, so please download a free electronic dictionary at dictionary. It has examples of word use & even pronunciation. We are entitled to mother-tongue influenced accent but words like determined have nothing in their spelling that calls for them pronounced dituhmuyned. We must create and adopt a culture of learning and improving what we know at all times. If not, our listeners & readers will continue to disbelieve our communication. This is not putting anybody down but seriously, weve got to keep improving ourselves.
