Brooke Update: She has been walking for the last two weeks without any walker. Her gait is still wobbly but at least she is walking. Not going to be able to start school for at least another month. We need to get her strength built up and better stability to be able to hold her own in the hallway with all the other 6th graders. Hope to get her back to school sometime in September. Keeping our fingers crossed that the xrays do not show any further bone loss where she had the original break. Not out of the woods but just so grateful we are walking and returning to some resemblance of a normal routine.
