Brothers and Sisters, President Neri regrets to report the death of Detective Sgt. Joe Cella of the Philadelphia Police Department and FOP Chaplain of Lodge #5. Joe recently attended our annual memorial service in Harrisburg and provided prayer and benediction. He was a deacon in the Catholic Church and was often present on the altar assisting with the services at police funerals and memorial services. Joe was a great friend to many of our brothers and sisters in PA and will be sadly missed.
