Brothers and Sisters, President Neri regrets to report the death of Detective Sgt. Joe Cella of the Philadelphia Police Department and FOP Chaplain of Lodge #5. Joe recently attended our annual memorial service in Harrisburg and provided prayer and benediction. He was a deacon in the Catholic Church and was often present on the altar assisting with the services at police funerals and memorial services. Joe was a great friend to many of our brothers and sisters in PA and will be sadly missed. Below is a message provided by Lodge 5 Recording Secretary Bob Ballentine: President John McNesby wishes to announce the following arrangements for Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5 Chaplain and Philadelphia Police Department Detective Sergeant Joseph M.
