Brothers and Sisters, much of the time I find it difficult to fully express the true nature of myself in conversation to others. I have a huge amount of Gratitude I continually wish to express to the world around me and all the mysterious others. I acknowledge that I dont always let this be known. Even so, I am fully and abundantly grateful for each and every lesson and blessing in the forms of people, places, and rhymes that enter my life all the time. So much of that gratitude is toward the music, which speaks for itself and allows me to access those bodily sensations through performance so I may let my radiant and love-for-all-filled heart shine outward for the world. At times when I may be too afraid to let go, I always remember the songs and the sounds that make them and I feel less deterred from offering myself in the fullest capacity that I can. When I use my medicine, I remember that I AM WORTH IT and each of my relationships benefit in health and loving kindness. I VALUE MYSELF and know that because I value myself and I LOVE MYSELF, I am more fully honoring those around me as equal and give them more permission to fully embrace themselves for the total infinite beauty they contain as well. I find so much joy in life when I experience others around me in their truth, especially when it puts a smile on their face. This song is a special one to me and always helps to remind that we are never alone in this world and that even when we feel in solitude and afraid on and for our planet, there is a whole universe of family out there who will always hold space for us and our divine experience here, our blessed land, Mama Earth. The good news for us is that much of that family, whether we realize it or not, are actually here on this earthly body with us as our friends and spirit/animal/angel guides. We are not alone and WE ARE SO PROUD OF US. Love is Everything is Love is..... Thank you everyone who shared this experience with me in Costa Rica at Tribal Alliance.
