Brought in the new year with a muddy mess in the yard and some new pipes. Roots had broken the out of date pipe causing the water to back up in the house and flood the den. Adjustor has come and new flooring, wall, and trim repair will be needed. The guy said they underbid the job by $1000 (counting my lucky stars since the total was $2600... however they will last a lifetime) (At that price they should...gahhh)
