Browers self-proclaimed tough-guy approach hasnt ended there. When he sees homeless people sleeping at bus stops during the day, he rouses them. If someone is sleeping at night on the bus stop, I dont do anything. But if they are sleeping during the day, Ill walk up and say, ‘Get your ass moving. Sometimes Id start to pull their shopping cart away. They would freak out. Id walk 20 to 30 feet away to give them space, and most of them would move.
