Brrrrrrr! The temperature has really dropped here in Auckland over the last few evenings. This is when we get unexpectedly chilled and find the beginnings of a cough and cold coming on. As it is the last week of the school holidays, please make sure your children are rested and full of energy as they go back to their school term so they are able to withstand any contagious colds that do the rounds of their classroom. If your child is still tired and its nearing the end of the holidays, bring them in to see us. Often with a good constitutional support, they will bounce back quickly and there will be less sick days during winter.
