Bruce Bruce and I interviewed several people for an open position in my office. To each of them I explained how useless interviews are because it is so difficult to get Accurate information about their integrity, work ethic, dedication or skills. They were not paying attention. I wanted them to demonstrate how important this job was too them. Not one called back to check, send me an email, or brought more material. They disqualified themselves because they just waited without taking any action. The worst sort of employee -one that does nothing towaed achiwving the goal -
