Bruce Hornsby is 60. Versatile singer/songwriter/pianist; one of the best-selling Pop acts in the latter-half of the 1980s. Composed music for 20th Century Fox movies, early-1980s. Formed his band Bruce Hornsby And The Range, 1984; broke it up in 1992 by going solo. Perfromed with The Grateful Dead, 1988-92; presently works Bluegrass music with Ricky Skaggs, as he has since 2007. My fave Hornsby tune, which gets little radio airplay nowadays, sadly:
